Instructions:

• Add 1-2 handfuls of magnesium chloride flakes to warm bath water (37-39°C) to optimize absorption and relax for at least 20 minutes.

• For a beneficial foot bath: Dissolve 1 to 2 handfuls (approximately 100g - 300g) in a 5-liter warm foot bath at approximately 37°C. Relax and soak your feet for up to 20 minutes.
