Usage instructions for adults:

‣  Used externally, this salt has soothing and detoxifying properties, and relaxes tired and sore muscles. We recommend using it ideally after sports and exercise in your bathwater.

• Pour a feeling of well-being with this naturally magical salt. Add one or two handfuls to your warm bathwater (37-39°C). Enjoy it for at least 20 minutes, once or twice a week.

• For general skin health and well-being, add ½ to 1 handful (approximately 100g-250g) to your bath.

• To help relax very tired and sore muscles, use 1-2 handfuls (500g-1kg).

• For a beneficial foot bath: Dissolve ½ to 1 handful (approximately 100g - 500g) in a 5-liter warm foot bath at approximately 37°C. Relax and soak your feet for up to 20 minutes.
